I study how people think and build systems to help them think better.
By day, I'm a sales leader. I run sales organizations, design sales processes, and train and coach salespeople. All of this is informed by my background in psychology and learning theory. I use the knowledge and skills I gained in my academic background to design dynamic learning systems that drive performance and give organizations the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
When I'm not working, I spend most of my time reading, writing, and thinking about neuroscience, psychology, AI, and learning theory. I'm particularly interested in AI's capacity to extend and expand human cognition. I believe we are just beginning to understand the ways that individuals and organizations can use AI to create, communicate, and grow.
